Submit your equipment
Switch to the item you want to enchant, then right-click the Arcanum with that item.
Repeat this process for each enchantment you want to apply.

An item without that enchantment gains Level I.
Second Level I book

What happens with an invalid application?
Invalid enchantment applications return an error in chat explaining what went wrong.
Enchantment types & recipes
Do Mythical enchantments use rune recipes?
They use a different acquisition route. Check the associated item or reward in the Valor Shop guide.
Where do recipes and descriptions live?

| Spawn an infinite-stack Polaris for creative-world lighting. |
Replace [Time] or [Weather] with one of the listed options. Use reset to clear that personal override.
Miscellaneous building conveniences
Painting selection: use a stonecutter to change a painting.
Candle undyeing: cleanse candles in a cauldron to remove their dye.
Pets & mobs
Keep baby mobs small
Use a golden dandelion to prevent growth. The August 2026 update replaces the old poisonous-potato method.
Permanent mob effects · invulnerability & invisibility
Choose an effect
Apply Strength to the mob for permanent invulnerability, or Invisibility for permanent invisibility.
Feed a golden apple
While that effect is active on the mob, feed it a golden apple to apply the corresponding permanent effect. Bring the listed Valor Badges when applying invulnerability.
Invulnerability costs
| Mob | Valor Badges |
|---|---|
| Iron Golems | 8 |
| Villagers, Horses, Llamas, Bears, Wolves, Wither | 4 |
| Ocelots and other non-passive mobs | 1 |
| Other passive mobs | 0 |
Hostile mobs: applying either permanent effect also pacifies them.
Wolf Whistle & Catnip
Rename any item Wolf Whistle to control nearby wolves, or Catnip to use the same controls for nearby ocelots.
Right-click: target the mob you are looking at.
Sneak + right-click: toggle sitting for nearby companions.
Left-click: clear their target.
Sneak + left-click: teleport nearby companions to you.
MobCatcher
Bring one egg and five diamonds. Throw the egg at the mob, or punch the mob with the egg, to capture it. Captured mobs retain details such as age, color, and tame status.
Eligible mobs: friendly mobs excluding villagers; Happy Ghasts; Camel Husks; all three Nautilus variants; and any pacified mob, including Shrink Ray victims.
Prepare eggs for shops: use /mobc clean to remove excess data from a captured mob egg.
Combat mechanics
Shield parrying
Block within 0.3 seconds before a strike to parry. Melee parries stun; projectile parries reflect.
Shield bashing
Quickly double-block to push nearby enemies in front of you. Axe hits disable shields for 1.6 seconds.
Projectiles & stuns
Projectiles bypass invulnerability frames. Stuns stop actions but break on direct damage. Each Gem of Tenacity also grants +5% stun resistance, reducing stun duration. Explore gem socketing →
Tridents
Craft with three Twinkling Sea Crystals, one Nautilus Shell, and one Prismarine Shard. Riptide conflicts only with Loyalty; Loyalty returns faster and recovers tridents from the void.
Combat skill experience
Splash or lingering potions applied to others grant mcMMO Alchemy experience. The June 26, 2025 update also increased experience gains for the mcMMO archery, mace, and trident skills.
PvP arena exceptions
In PvP arenas, Film Reel does not reduce spell cooldowns. The Aegis Runic Tome spell lasts 5 seconds with a 10-second cooldown. These restrictions apply specifically to PvP arenas.
Combat end sound
Use /toggle sounds combat_end to toggle a subtle sound when you leave combat.

A little Luck can tip the odds in your favor. Its influence reaches across rewards, discoveries, and the occasional fortunate surprise.
Better reward rolls: Bottom Feeder, Schrödinger’s Thumb, the Boardwalk claw machine, and Tip Jar.
More frequent activations: Hot Rod, Hands-On Learning, Juniper Sprig, and Runic Compass.
More generous drops: Trawling, Tithing, Cultist bosses, and the Opulence Runic Tome spell.
Fortunate finds: improved chances for rune and gem drops in survival worlds, mob heads, and Shiny Gold Coin duplication. Luck also improves fishing loot and reduces hostile-head results in Whack-a-Staff.
Invite a little Luck: socket Gems of Favor, equip Bobblehead while wearing your own head, or brew a Potion of Luck with a Resin Block at mcMMO Alchemy level 1000.

Check current announcements for the active Rush and special event overrides.
Seasonal & community activities
These activities return when announced. Check the calendar and current event post for availability, deadlines, and prizes.
Blood Moons · Halloween season
During the Halloween event, a full moon in a survival or resource world can bring a Blood Moon. Sleeping cannot skip the night. Empowered enemies are bigger, stronger, and faster, but reward more XP and can drop occult items or, rarely, Sanguine Phial. The charm gains stacks at double rate from Blood Moon kills.
Spooky Springs · community build event
Help build a themed Halloween area in designated plots. The location, theme, entry process, voting, and rewards follow that year’s announcement. Watch for the build period and the later voting period.
12 Days of Christmas · fireplace gifts
When the event opens, use /christmas for instructions. Build a fireplace with a fire block and at least two adjacent solid blocks, then register it with /christmas fireplace. Your first daily login brings a present near the fireplace, up to 12 presents. Everyone receives the same gifts in the same order. Check that year’s announcement for the gift window and daily reset timezone.
Build contests · themed survival builds
Follow the announced theme and deadline. Regular contest entries can be built in survival worlds, and you can enter with friends. Submit the coordinates and all contributors to Mr_Simba on Discord or through in-game mail. Existing builds can qualify if they fit the theme. Special events such as Spooky Springs may use their own plot and submission rules.
Announcements & calendar
Updates appear on Discord first, with website posts following afterward. Check Discord for the latest news and the calendar for event dates.
