Hey everyone! Appreciate all of you still playing on this map. We've heard the requests for a 2026 Spooky Springs so we've pulled together a new cute area for you all to build, with a Splurge-focused special prize, along with our typical Halloween event.

🍂 Spooky Springs Build Contest

This year, you'll choose from 12 plots to help build an autumnal dock town atop the water, surrounding a witchy lighthouse. We're starting with less plots this year since we're late into the map, but we'll add more if needed.

  • 🗓️ Due Date: October 30, 2026 1:59 AM CDT (Exact times can be found on the Calendar)

  • 🏆 Special Prize: The top 3 entrants will start the Splurge at the end of this map with +100,000 Simbucks™.

🌕 Halloween & Blood Moons

Our typical Halloween festivities are now active as well. As a refresher:

  • 🍬Through November 2nd, extra seasonal mobs will spawn: witches, black cats, bats, and more. Seasonal enemies may drop treats.

  • 🌑Blood Moons activate when a full moon rises in the survival or resource world.

  • 🛏️Blood Moons cannot be skipped by sleeping.

  • 🩸Stronger enemies appear during Blood Moons, but they drop better loot, including bonus XP and occult items. See here for more details.
