Description:

Blasts deal 8-40% less damage and apply 15-75% less knockback.
Runecrafting Bonus: Blasts instead deal -75% damage, then you siphon the shrapnel to form a 1 ❤ Absorption blast shield, granting knockback immunity and 25% damage reduction while the shield holds.
